I had just pulled into a parking space and was positioning the vehicle to park. I was about to put the vehicle into Park when the vehicle suddenly jolted/accelerated forward unexpectedly. The vehicle went forward over/into the curb and struck the wall. The forward acceleration was unexpected and was not something I intended the vehicle to do. The dashboard displayed a message that said “charging incomplete, try another charger” in spite of the fact that my battery was shown to be 80% full. At 10 mph, I could barely control the vehicle to get it more safely toward the shoulder of the road. I immediately activated the in-vehicle SOS system, but a tow truck did not arrive for about 80 minutes, during which I sat exposed on the shoulder of an active freeway.
