2024 Dodge Durango recalls

The contact owns a 2024 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal sound coming from the lower driver's side wheel well. The vehicle was immediately taken to a dealer to be diagnosed. The technician determined that the driver's side brake caliper was sticking and failed to properly retract after releasing the brake pedal and was heating due to the continuous friction. The contact stated that the brake pads and rotors were wearing prematurely, and the front brakes were not operating properly. The failure was confirmed by the dealer, and the contact was informed that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced.

Dodge Durangos have a known issue with the rear taillights going out for no reason also the headlights and turn signals. This is a safety issue that isn’t easily remedied.

I tell the dealership mechanics that this car does not turn on and they keep giving me the car back and now the car completely turns off while driving making this extremely dangerous and deadly situation. My fear is something happening to me or my kids while I’m driving. I also took it back to the mechanic and told them the situation but they refused to dig deeper and told me to pick up the vehicle that there’s nothing they can do

The contact stated that while his wife was driving approximately 65 MPH, with the A/C activated, there was an abnormally loud sound like a gunshot coming from the vehicle. The driver pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle and became aware that the sun roof glass had exploded on top of the sun roof shade cover. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, and it was determined that the sun roof glass needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 27,500.

I brought the car to the dealership on June 24th about the car jolting forward and a this coming from the bottom of the car . The car jolts forward when in drive I have 10k miles now after he dealership put 588 miles on my car . Got my car back on July the 20th . I was told that my engine misfired and they had to replace spark plugs on a new car I purchased this car brand new .
