Vehicle was inspected by a Kia dealer, but the condition could not be duplicated during a road test." My safety and those around me is at risk. Going 70 mph on interstate highway is no time to randomly brake. No others have inspected the car. This appeared about 3 months ago. Dealers want shrug it off unless Kia pays for it but say that they must be able to physically reproduce the problem before they will ask Kia for payment.
