Low pressure fuel pump defective, which caused vehicle to stall while driving. Barely made it off of the highway when this happened, which left me in traffic with children in the car and my hazard lights until able to pull over safely and call a tow. Problem has been confirmed by independent service center and called dealership and they confirmed my vehicle was not apart of the recall. There were no warnings prior to the car malfunctioning.

I have been noticing sluggish acceleration since the end of 2024, specially when fuel falls below or equal to half tank, I took my vehicle to the dealership several times and specifically instructed them to inspect my acceleration issue but every time said no issue on fuel pump. They even failed to reproduce my problem even though I paid for diagnostic. I would like to earnestly request NHTSA to consider this issue seriously and take action at your earliest convenience. Thanks

There was no collision, no theft, and no visible external damage prior to the fire. I am the original and only owner of this vehicle, with approximately 48,000 miles, and 100% of scheduled maintenance was performed at an authorized Lexus dealership (Lexus of Bellevue), with no aftermarket modifications. The fire also caused heat damage to a neighboring

My car is going into limp mode/ reduced power and I am having misfires on cylinders 3 and 4. I’ve replaced my fuel injectors, spark plugs and catalytic converter. Everything down to the electrical has checked out good. The last issue is the fuel pump. My mechanic says there is not enough fuel going to the injectors . I have a faulty fuel pump.
