2025 Lexus RX 450H+ recalls

The contact owns a 2025 Lexus RX Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 MPH, there was an abnormally loud sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was parked; however, upon inspecting the exterior of the vehicle, the contact became aware that the panoramic sunroof had unexpectedly fractured. The contact stated that there were no nearby vehicles nor object to impact the sunroof to cause it to fracture. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was informed that the panoramic sunroof needed to be replaced. The contact was informed that the panoramic sunroof had fractured from an impact. On the evening of October 29, 2025, my 2025 Lexus RX 450h+ suffered two complete electrical failures within a few hours. The vehicle lost all power and became totally unresponsive — no lights, sounds, or electrical function.
