Parked my vehicle, opened the back hatch to check for shopping bags, closed the back hatch using the automatic button. While in the store, I was called to the front. A worker reported that my window in my hatch just "popped." He could hear the glass break and when I arrived it was still making a crackling noise. Camera footage reviewed, no one was near my car to have broken it.

Multiple times the seat belt on driver side gets stuck making it a safety hazard, could happen to other seat belts but it is unsafe to have a passenger. The belt gets stuck in the webbing/anchor. I have been stranded in a parking lot multiple times till I figure out how to unstuck it in the webbing/anchor. This puts me in a safety hazard if I am in an unsafe parking lot. And what would happen in a car accident if the anchor/webbing blocks the seatbelt from protecting me? I have disabilities and chronic pain, I cannot imagine another car accident that would further my disabilities.

After a few days, they informed us that it would be repaired under warranty and provided us with a new Nissan Rogue (vin#[XXX]) as a loaner/rental free of charge until the repairs were completed. Five days later, she placed her three year old son in his car seat in the back passenger side of the Rogue, in the driveway of her home in Johnson City, TN. When she walked around to the driver’s door, the car locked itself, locking the key fob, her phone, and her son in the car on a hot sunny day. S
