2024 Nissan Z recalls

Two defects are present simultaneously on the front passenger seating position of my 2024 Nissan Z. The passenger seat belt does not reliably latch. On several occasions the belt has released on its own while the vehicle was in motion, most frequently under hard cornering. On other occasions the belt appears fully latched but the seat belt warning light remains illuminated, indicating the buckle switch is not registering engagement. The rear hatchback window, and it will be available until Monday when we have an appointment to replace the shattered rear hatchback window. We were in the car at a stop light and the rear window literally exploded causing some glass shards to fall into the car. We had no idea what happened except the window was totally shattered and we could not see anything out of the back window which made it impossible to see what was behind us. No. We stopped immediately at a Nissan dealership in Melbourne, Fl and were told we don’t do windows here so get lost. Seriously!
