Vehicle Safety Complaint — 2023 Chevrolet Equinox LT I am reporting a potentially dangerous safety defect involving my 2023 Chevrolet Equinox LT equipped with the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine. While operating my vehicle on a public roadway, it suddenly lost power and stopped functioning without advance warning, creating a dangerous situation for myself and other motorists. I got it towed to the same shop (dealership) for the same problem and now they're trying to charge me for a repair that wasn't fixed in the first place.

The software calibration mandated by the campaign failed to resolve the underlying physical defect. The exact same fuel system trouble codes have returned, and the vehicle is now unsafe to transport my children. The manufacturer's remedy was incomplete, and the dealership is refusing to replace the defective mechanical pump without an out-of-pocket charge, despite the failure stemming dir
