I am currently leasing a 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQB 250+. The vehicle displayed a warning related to the high-voltage battery system, indicating a potential malfunction and safety risk. I was advised that there may be an issue involving the high-voltage battery that could lead to battery failure and/or an increased risk of fire. Due to this warning, I no longer feel the vehicle is safe to operate or park near my home or other structures. The warning first appeared on the vehicle's dashboard while the vehicle was in normal use. The condition creates a significant safety concern because a high-voltage battery failure could potentially result in loss of propulsion, vehicle disablement, or a battery

I was driving very slowly down a residential side street and started to pull over to the right side to park behind a car. This parking spot was on a slight incline and the curb was made up of two slanted cobblestones. After I moved in to position within about 2 ft from the car in front of me, my car quickly accelerated and slammed in to it. I own a 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQB 300 4MATIC, VIN [XXX], manufactured in XXX. I am requesting a formal safety review regarding NHTSA recall 26V073, involving potential high-voltage battery fires. The official NHTSA recall report lists XXX, as the last affected vehicle production date. However, page 5 states that the supplier production correction became effective for vehicles produced from XXX onward. My vehicle was manufactured between these dates but does not appear to qualify for the replacement recall. I do have multiple battery charging failures. I have reached out to benz as well. Please open a formal customer assistance case, provide a case number, and respond in writing with the finding

Learning that my vehicle is subject to a battery-related recall has seriously undermined my trust. Battery defects in electric vehicles can present risks that include thermal events, loss of vehicle functionality, and other potentially dangerous situations. My vehicle has had warning signs, I received emails about the risks my vehicle can present directly from Mercedes. I have had my vehicle in the service department two times in two months for this same issue. My vehicle is overheating while charging.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious safety issue involving my vehicle. For an extended period of time, this vehicle has experienced recurring starting failures. On multiple occasions, the vehicle would not start, requiring service visits to the dealership. Despite repeated repair attempts, the dealership was unable to identify the root cause of the problem and typically performed only software updates. I was repeatedly informed that no specific defect could be found.Recently, the issue escalated into a much more dangerous event. While driving, the engine suddenly shut down without warning. The loss of engine power occurred during normal vehicle operation and created a signific
