While driving, vehicle displays Engine Malfunction warning and loses propulsion/ability to accelerate. Vehicle remains electrically powered. Restarting the vehicle may temporarily restore limited drivability. This has occurred four times despite manufacturer-authorized repairs. The ECM was replaced after a prior occurrence and the same failure subsequently recurred.

This vehicle has been to the dealership five times for the car alarm will randomly go off. This issue is hard to replicate. In the final time that I took it to the dealer, I had a rental car and what we found is that when the car is parked and it’s locked and you pull in next to it. The car alarm will go off the car was never touched. It just goes off. does it go off in that situation every single time no. So it’s at the point where if the alarm goes off, it doesn’t mean anything to me. There is no concern. It’s like the boy who cried wolf this car just the alarm will just go off anytime it’s locked and in a parking lot or just sitting by itself I have asked Infinity corporate to get involve

On February 28, 2025, at approximately 8:43 a.m., while driving on Highway 3 in Alvin, TX, the panoramic sunroof glass on my vehicle suddenly and violently exploded/shattered without any warning. At the time of the incident, no other vehicles were around me, and there was no impact from debris, rocks, or any external object. Thank god my kids had just been dropped off at school or this would be a whole different situation. The explosion was extremely loud and occurred spontaneously while the vehicle was in motion. My husband was a passenger in the vehicle at the time. The sudden failure created an immediate safety hazard due to the risk of flying glass, distraction, and potential loss of veh

December 9, 2025Service Brakes

The rear brake pads have been replaced every year. The first time was on 3/11/23 at 15,080 miles. The second time was on 2/24/24 at 30,279 miles. The third time they were replaced was 2/28/25 at 42,731 miles. I took the car in again on 12/05/25 and the rear brake pads needed to be replaced again. This is not normal wear and tear. The dealership told me it's a known issue and Infiniti isn't doing anything about it. There is a recall in place on the 2025 model of the QX60 and I believe there's an issue with the brake pads on the 2022 model as well.
